BeatsBingo Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

BeatsBingo is made by DotAlt Events, based in the United Kingdom. These terms cover the BeatsBingo app for Mac and iPad and this website, beatsbingo.live. By using the app or the site, you agree to them.

Your licence to use the app

BeatsBingo is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, the "standard EULA", which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, the standard EULA applies to your use of the app.

Your music and licensing

BeatsBingo plays the music and video files you provide, or streams from your own Apple Music subscription. It includes no music of its own. You are responsible for having the right to play your media, and for the copyright and public-performance licensing that applies where you host, especially for a paying or public audience.

Plans, billing and renewals

Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are sold by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Requirements

BeatsBingo requires a Mac running macOS 26 or later, or an iPad running iPadOS 26 or later. Players need only a phone with a modern browser; there is nothing for them to install.

This website

The site and its content are provided as they are, for information about BeatsBingo. If you use the demo-booking form, you agree we may contact you about your request, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Liability

We provide BeatsBingo with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
